Dr Darshan P. Patel completed his MD in Pediatrics from BJ Medical College, Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, after earning his MBBS from Civil Hospital, Sola.
Hiramani Child Care offers comprehensive and up-to-date pediatric and neonatal services. Dr. Darshan has over 3 years of experience in dealing with children in a number of areas including Endocrinology, Nephrology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Hematology, and Cardiology. His training includes Facility-Based Newborn Care, Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and Advanced Life Support.
Dr. Darshan has also worked in critical care and spent 24 months in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, 18 months in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and 3 years in ward care during his MD curriculum. His thesis titled, “Study of Predictors of Obesity in Adolescents” is a clear indication of his work towards the health and well-being of children.
Dr. Darshan is remembered for his simplicity and being completely grounded to the core of his profession. Dr. Darshan also makes sure that there is devotion in the care provided considering both the physical and emotional aspects of the child.
